About Judith

Judith

Judith has been studying and practising yoga since 2000 and teaching yoga since 2007. Her teaching focuses on alignment and technique through a structured program of postures, sequenced to balance the body, mind and breath.

Judith is a dedicated practitioner of Iyengar Yoga. She has also practised Astanga, Power and Hatha Yoga. Judith truly believes in the benefits that Yoga can bring to all, no matter what their experience.
